What I've found works best for me so far, is to wake up and meditate (quiet the mind so I am not thinking) until I start to receive positive thoughts with no effort. I aim for a state of surrender. Not trying to think and not trying not to either. Just holding space for myself to receive.
Then as I receive positive thoughts, sometimes I get impulses to go for a walk or a drive or just stay where I am & continue to receive & build positive momentum
When I get into evry high & clear states of alignment, I eventually will get into a state where, in the receiving mode, I hear "what do you want to talk about" & I can have a conversation with my higher self. This has been super helpful for creating clarity in business & every area of life.
Sometimes I'll receive thoughts that soothe things that have been bothering me. I don't work at this or push it. I simply hold space and allow the thoughts to come, like channeling.
